All orders over £250 will benefit from free shipping to anywhere in the world with tracking facility.

All orders below £250 will have flat fee of £12 to ship with tracking.

We have huge stock levels and we have stock in different locations to assist in the speedy delivery of customers in UK, Europe and USA.

We cannot guarantee the safe delivery to the USA AND CANADA from our 2 European shipping points but we have very high success rates, customers in these locations can only pay by bank transfer or wire transfer into our banks and the payment has to be cleared before we ship and supply tracking.

All orders are packed to perfection to avoid all suspicions and to make it to there end destination trouble and damage free. we pack things properly and don't rush as its the small attention to detail that sometimes counts.

Shipping is normally 3-10 days until goods are received. In extreme circumstances order can take upto 21 days. Please do not hesitate to contact if you think your goods are late or you didn't receive tracking from us.


If in the unlikely event that the package is delivered to the customer chosen address and signed for as shown on the tracker. If you the customer then disputes he/she has actually received the package the dispute will then be between yourself and the courier as if we try to assist as we have done in the past the courier will simply refer to the tracker and point out it was signed for.
So the customer will have to take up this dispute with the courier and request a "denial of service" receipt which shows us that the courier acknowledges and accepts they were at fault somehow and the parcel was either lost or stolen, once you get this and forward to us we will ship again.
